Purchases made on parisirx.com are regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 (consumer code).
The buyer can withdraw from the contract within 10 working days of receiving the goods.

The return of the goods must take place at …………. within 10 working days from receipt of the goods.

The refund will be made by bank transfer or postal order, as quickly as possible and in any case no later than 30 days after receiving the registered letter communicating the intention to withdraw from the purchase, but not before the return of the purchased product which must be in the same condition in which it was shipped.
